This is Mrs.Neal as he can't remember all the details!!!She contacted the courts in UK(don't know how she went about that)and had to prove he was the father of the children with birth certs etc and...

Hi Sandy-thanks a lot for that information.
I agree that the Uk CSA don't have a clue.We paid through a private arrangement for 9 years until the dragon got p***ed off about us going to Australia...
