I didn't know I didn't need any of those to get codice fiscale as I assumed I would need to go to one of those offices in Milan to get one.

If I own a house worht 300k in the UK then how much do I have to pay in terms of tax. I don't think there will be any rental income as mortgage and other solicitor fee would almost make it zero.
