1. I wouldn't change anything, as I didn't have that much choice or flexibility with what I was doing when moving!

The MRT will be phased in as far as I know.The Putra Heights to Kelana Jaya line will be running early 2016. But the line that runs through Puchong is later from what I know.

I opened my Malaysian HSBC bank account from the UK, from a local branch where I had a local HSBC account.

They were much more flexible on taking any address as a temporary one as I wasn't sure...

I've noticed that if you purchase for the Kindle from Amazon online (not through the Kindle itself), you can then send it to your device. It'll download and sync when you use the device next.
