When we were initially looking to move to Canada we were set on Alberta because of the beauty.....but then went to an emigration show in London and visited the Nova Scotia stand....

We arrived 5th April to start our new life in Halifax. Have had a couple of unexpected areas of slight difference - as in couldn't upload credit on a 'pay as you go' as didn't know what the pound key...

Similarly, we arrived 5th April and were surprised that everything went so smoothly!! We didn't have anything stapled in our passports though.....just copies of the PR confirmation given to us....
