We're in a unlisted non-EU country, so it's 3 months from the date the vet takes the blood. I wish it was 21 days!

Paws3, it is really confusing!

Assuming you are returning to the UK to settle, then your husband needs to fill in form VAF4A, this is the correct form for a settlement spouse visa.

When we first got the sms we were actually really nervous...was it a refusal...was it the correct visa (a friend of ours applied earlier this year and 'only' got spouse/cp...they had a nightmare...

It's a complete minefield, I agree! I have recently gone through this for my husband (I'm the UK citizen) and had a lot of help from the people on here, so I shall try to do the same for you ;)
