just to wrap up the story, I went to the NCB in the military hospital as a guy in payroll suggested they might be more flexible. they were. sort of. they wouldn't cash my check without an iqama, but...

NCB is a saudi bank (national comercial bank i think)
Iqama is the saudi residence permit, cant take a bowel motion in the country without it and yet it takes months and months to obtain beacuse my...

Im thinking of taking some leave to get my scuba certification, probably in jeddah, dose anybody have any experiences or advice on the subject? Do i need my passport for an internal flight?
