Lazy / incompetent / arbitary ?
Let's spin the wheel!!!!!
NCB has decided they won't accept the checks that the NCB guy in payroll issued without an iqama.... They only issue the checks to staff without iqama's yet!!!! They are printed on NCB letterhead, they are valid only at NCB!!! Argh, I've done this 4 times already, once a month like clockwork, your giving me a ****ing stroke!!!

NCB is a saudi bank (national comercial bank i think)
Iqama is the saudi residence permit, cant take a bowel motion in the country without it and yet it takes months and months to obtain beacuse my hospital's patrons have less wasta than other government depts.
