In the three years I've been here I have only come across 1 British healthcare professional (a dentist)--all others were either Arabs or Indians, who I imagine would both expect and accept considerably lower salaries than you would: that will be your challenge.
I know that there are British healthcare professionals here, but I believe they're in niche sectors.
