Really useful information.

They do want to let it furnished and as they live in UK would not consider
the 'under the table' payments as I presume it will have to be arranged...

We have friends with a holiday home here who are thinking of renting it
for two or three years.
Does anyone have details of rental contracts available other than the
usual 4 + 4 years please....

I just ask the butcher for however much turkey breast I want - in one piece.

Turkeys here seem to be a bit large so I am wary of asking for a full breast.

We find it much cheaper than gas.
Before heater was installed used gas for a few hours each evening at the beginning of winter. Over a six week period this cost us €1200.
Hence the pellet stove....

Yes. We have a metered system.
As I said we get a bill every two months after they have read the meter.

We have used a parcel service from UK several times and found them
very efficient.
It costs £18.99 + vat to send a box weighing up to 30kgs.
You do it all on-line, print off your label, stick it...
