thank you, yes they will no doubt help eventually but it's the weekend and the corporate lawyers move slowly and this will be considered low priority to them I am sure! I know I will get a faster...

traveled yesterday domestically in US and had passport to go through TSA, put passport back in purse zipped pocket as didn't need it to board. At home, found pocket of purse unzipped and no passport....
