we found out last 27th june that we have a CO.... he sent us an email asking for the Form 80 and for the EEC of my husband :D

The CO is assigned in an Australian Processing Center, whether the one in Adelaide (ASPC) for the 175s, 176s and other visas, or the one in Brisbaine.

But what does it mean when your status is "Health requirements finalised"?
I've read it mean you have a CO, and in other forums I've read it doesn't :S

If you have to take the IELTS and get the assessment, I'm not sure you can apply before the changes.

I would contact a migration agent.

Not the only one... There are a lot of us, here and in other forums.

Also, check the new processing times: for priority 3, in which the 175 is, takes about 18 to 24 months.
