We bought here in Perth 3 months ago - nice area and adjacent to one of the "best areas" Paid $870K and felt well...

We arrived Perth 15th Aug and started looking for a SOR home straight away, having visited four times previously.
We house sat in Bicton for the first 6 weeks and we have bought a place in Booragoon...

Lots of nice houses, in fact we have just bought one in Booragoon.
We had a bank account here for four years so when we needed to transfer we got quotes for large sums from Ozforex...

We arrived in Perth nearly three weeks ago - I have retired aged 60 - and are here on a 410 retiree visa. We have visited yearly for the last five years.

Yes whilst sympathising with the position - mine is also frozen - I would point out that when you claim your pension you sign to say you will inform them of any material change in your circumstances...
