Are you filing 3 months after your Conditional Green Card expired or 3 months after the first date you can file to remove conditions as the latter may mean that you are still within the timeframe.

Thanks for the advice, we also phoned the uscis number and got through to a tier 2 officer, she said that whilst it is very unlikely they may have lost the copies that we originally submitted.

We went for our interview on 8/20 to adjust status in the Fairfax VA uscis office, all seemed to go well with the interview but we did not get a "Congratulations, you have been approved" statement...

Been through the same as you in South Florida, as a rule they wont offer you anything for your UK driving record, they have no way of proving it.

The best route would be to get a FL driving...
