Moved to Calgary from the UK, the cold in Calgary is a dry cold so doesn’t feel so bad (and you have the gear to deal with it), then the Chinook comes in and warms everything up so it’s not weeks...

Calgary to Ottawa

Looking at registering our car (bought in Calgary) in Ottawa and it’s says an inventory is needed showing the car for importing. We’ve moved from Calgary to Ottawa so no importing surely?

Having been fast tracked for a job in Ottawa government a French oral exam is mandatory. I learnt French from France and after asking it’s Ontario French, looking into to it I would never pass it....

well after 3 years in Calgary and loving it we have to move to Ottawa. Husband has been there for over a year in his job and has been promoted so as, son has graduated, he wants us to be with him....

We got ours through Intact, they accepted one insurance letter. Husband will look tomorrow at his insurance. We did get help from the Ford garage in Cochrane who were amazing

Not even an elk, only creature I've seen other than tourists is a woodpecker. One solitary woodpecker no other wildlife at all😥 Saw some elks on the way to Costco at Okotoks the other week

Stayed in a god awful hotel in Toronto that had a pink jacuzzi in the bedroom plus en suite. Son (then 6) loved it😂😂

Depends where you're going, when we went to Vancouver nearly all the cash points were Mastercard, we went to Calgary and thought I was prepared and bought a pre-paid MasterCard only to have problems...
