Re: Canoe/kayak/sit-on paddle board?

Freelance in KSA?

Just been told out of the blue that in a couple of weeks (which will be 89 days into my 90 day probation) I will be suddenly surplus to requirements.
So, here's my question. Since I am...

Re: Living off compound in Riyadh

I know of Westerners happily living off compound (and saving a fortune). BUT they are people who have been here a while and have already built up a social network through work, or compound living....

Re: First day in Riyadh - Any help appreciated

Hi
I've been here 2 months and before I lucked on to my compound the ONLY place I called whilst hunting that had any apartments free was the Rotunda. http://www.expatrealty.com/main.htm
Good luck.

Re: Medical Test for KSA Visa

Thing is, there ARE no hard/fast rules here.
I came out on a work visa 2 weeks ago thru a highly efficient UK agent, and did no medical tests atall in the UK.
Then my company HR sent me for a "fit...

Re: Travelling for Interview in Riyahd

I've been looking for up to date Riyadh prices too and the housing allowance you quote would need to more than doubled to get a 3-bed place on one of the 'top' Western compounds - IF you could get...

Re: Man U, Arsenal or Chelsea?

I think Chelsea. As a Liverpool fan I am of course a bit biased against MU. :D
