I used to work for a business (not telecoms but IT) that did a similar thing.

TBH .. thats business today. Call centers staffed by immigrants who don't have any training and don't care liasing...

Hmm. Geographical positioning, proximity to Atlantic and North Sea weather fronts, siberian winds, equator etc. Its all kinda scientific - we are further north on the axis and so its gonna be colder...

I grant you gets cold in Spain in winter. Even in the north. But its not as bad. Even 5 degrees makes a noticeable difference when its the wrong side of 0.

Oddly the worst part of the UK, for me...
