No, there are no legal requirments. However, it could greatly help if you can get yourself membership of IEAust. It would help even more if you can get CPEng (Chartered professional engineers)...

I have thought of it. But it's against the law for an Australian citizen to charge a fee for providing immigration advice if he/she is not MARA registered. Might still be possible by setting up...

Try to stay away from accounting as fresh graduates are not very favoured upon after finishing their degrees in Australia if they don't already have P.R.

I think you wil have to take that up with Minister for Immigration, who is still letting graduates in Australia apply for P.R without any experience at all..yes i mean even today......I hope it makes...
