Ausfis is just about a year old so I am not sure how you saw complaints that are 3 years old. Usafis on the other hand is 10 years old and we had our share of satisfied and unsatisfied customers (like every company).
Every complaint I find for either product I pass to the Call center managers and we discus them, When I see a specific complaints- I ask the client to email me his or hers details so we can check the complaint more closely, and try to help the client if we can.

But not all our costumers think we are “infuriate” and feel we use “misleading and overly aggressive sales techniques.” Many of our customers are happy with the service we provide them. Otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to stay in business for so long.

Why do you think that we are not “reasonable and fair with customers”? We have a 24/7 customer service, not just a marketing department. And I wouldn’t have published my direct email and invited people to email me with their problems if we didn’t want to help them.

But you are also expensive and you cannot guarantee success. However what a MARA registered agent WILL do more often than not is guarantee 'no visa, no fee'. MARA registered agents will determine, very often free of charge, if you are eligible and will assist on how to continue with the immigration process. They also make sure that all the DIAC information on their website is completely uptodate ALL THE TIME.

Dana

With all due respect, let me put this clearly.

The CSL and MODL are both dead. They have fallen off their respective perches. They are no more. They no longer exist. It is almost as if they never were. And the processing priorities listed on your website are totally wrong.

There is no reason to wait for SMPs to be released before you finalise the changes on the website - in the interests of professionalism AusFis needs to update it with information that's current NOW.

People make lifechanging decisions based on publicly available information about migration - Dana, this is not something to brush off with a comment that you'll update it at some vague time in the future when "all" the SMPs are released.

Every moment that you have that incorrect information on your website, you run the risk of someone acting on it and possibly losing a lot of money as a result. Not to mention the disappointment and stress they'll suffer when they realise they've chased a dream that doesn't exist.

Oh and one last thing - are you inclined yet to unveil the cloak of secrecy around the identity of the migration lawyers/registered agents that work with AusFis?

Oh but it's ok because as soon as these would be migrants have handed over thousands of dollars, they will be told by AusFis's 'experts' that unfortunately they are not able to get a visa, they shouldn't be stressed and disappointed for too long. I think your priorities are slightly different to those of AusFis thankfully.

Ausfis is not a law firm. We receive the client’s information and subject to a payment, the client information is passed on to one of the law firms we work with, to be reviewed and assessed for an Australian skilled migration visa (GSM visa).

If the law firm finds that you are eligible for a GSM visa, you will be notified of your eligibility together with the details of the law firm, and you will receive further advice and assistant on how to continue with the immigration process

You are not a law firm, you don't employ MARA registered agents......

WHAT THE BLOODY HELL ARE YA?

In fact by answering all these messages, you are doing exactly the opposite of what you are trying to achieve. By replying, you are keeping this thread on the first page, which is visible to anyone straight away who comes to this site. However if you stopped replying, slowly people will forget about it and this thread will move away from the first page.......Now do I need a legal expert to explain this or you got it?

I have to say that if I was applying for a visa for Australia I would prefer to use a registered migration agent rather than a lawyer. I appreciate that some may be qualified as both, but it is the registered agent qualification that people are recommended to look for.
Maybe you need to change some of your terminology as well as your website content in order to atempt to boost your credibility?

So all you are is a middle man (or woman). Why would someone pay twice? I'd just go straight to the lawyer or agent.

bit of a non brainer really!

speak direct to a MARA agent for reliable professional services or hand over loads of cash to some internet company who claim to have specialist lawyers but won't say who they are!!!???

I have done online points tests and qualify for a 175 visa.

Unhappy Re: AusFis company - is it a scam or legitimate?

I received a phone call from AUSFIS and I ended up giving my CC info. In the same conversation, I was told that my call will be transferred to a "Lawyer" for my "profile assessment". I was put on hold for sometime then the line was cut. Out of dismay I checked the net and I saw this thread. I was too late to realize that I made a mistake. I tried to call back to look for the person that I have spoken to but failed but another person accepted my call. When I asked for a refund I was told that it will take a week, but after some time in the same call I again asked for a refund and to my surprise I was told that can no longer get a refund because my details in the registration (my registration is half filled by the way) has been forwarded to a ''Lawyer". The person that I am talking to knew that my registration is incomplete and advised me to just finish it. So how can it be forwarded with an incomplete details?
I called my bank and explained what I just did. I was advised to file a dispute regarding the charges in my CC.
Anybody can advise me if I am going to do the right thing?

Call your credit card company and put a stop on the payment. Inform them that you have cancelled the service of this company and you do not wish to have the payment go through. Also inform Ausfis in writing that you are cancelling any services with their company.

As I explained agan and again, I can not give you the law firms and or the MARA registered migration agents we work with details.

as I wrote before:
