When you are on visit visa, you can only drive using your international driving license, period!
But once you decide to reside in UAE and hold a residence visa you need to transfer your UK license...

Better not use until ownership transferred. what you could do is, after consulting the concerned traffic department and clearing any outstanding debts, is to obtain original ownership transfer letter...

of course you can. your company needs to apply for "Taadeel wadh" arabic for "legal status amendment" after you've been granted employment permit. costs AED 650 approx paid by the company.

Blue cat is correct, you need to buy the car from an existing owner in UAE (whether an individual holding a residence visa or a dealer) however, you do not require to have a UAE residency to obtain...

Above procedures are only for UAE birth certificates.
Not sure if UK embassy will attest the UK certificate in UAE but i'm pretty much sure they will- other consulates does it so why not UK embassy?...

First, babies born outside UAE do not require birth certificate in order (for the father) to obtain UAE residence visas; babies residence visas are approved together with mothers’ residence...

DIFC & TECOM are both free zones and does not require attested degree to process your visa (doeble check with your HR dept) but... but... I strongly advise you to get it attested as you can certainly...

2- You need original passport+stamped employment visa+5 photos+medical check-up.

Since I’m living in a flat, my watchman does all DEWA transactions for me.
Why not visit any DEWA office for half an hour and solve this issue once n for all!

I personally believe UAE, Dubai in particular, are sincerely trying to meet everyone’s expectations for an ideal living conditions but you can’t just have it all… no one’s perfect!
