Can I open an HSBC British Bank Account - I noticed they do British bank accounts here in Canada and I can see you do from Britain to Canada - Then I can use my Canadian address...

No I have sold my house that is the closing date - I hope to have left and have the passport by then. Fingers Crossed. I guess about 2 weeks before closing is the time to panic.

Well that was a shock. My house only lasted 1 day on the market. 2 viewings and it sold subject to an inspection next week and for asking. Long closing tho. almost 3 months. Which for me is perfect....
