I would bring all your tools including padsaw, stanley knife, battery drills etc adjustable spanners, tape measure, testers too .It is worth giving them a good clean, I cleaned mine using oil...

I have heard rumours too about lower wages while you are on a provisional licence waiting for full registration, guess it depends on the employer.
