Normally CIC send draft in bunch, instead of sending individually....so don't worry sometime it take month for CIC to encash draft....still email for detail or order CAIPS.

background checks mean...check on your work experience....education certificates etc...
security check is for criminal case filed in any country stayed in....this is the reason PCC asked for...

Sorry typo error, it's not CAISP instead to be read as CAIPS, these notes are the officers notes related to the stage of analysis that they are at with the file as of the date the request for CAIPS...
