Question passport requests - email or letter?

Those who have had the glorious ppr, I just thought it would be an interesting informal poll, of seeing who got theirs by email or by snail mail?

Thank you!!
(we are still waiting)

We asked for it by email, but it arrived by post regardless.

Good luck and I really hope you get your PPR soon.

Moira.

After reading the magical words " Decision Made " on ECas I got my PPR by email but only after I decided I couldn't wait for the envelope so emailed them to ask for it.

Ah - our ECAS status hasn't changed in 3 years! I check it randomly every now and again, but it still says 'we started processing your application on...' ver frustrating!

Snail mail.... and sent to the wrong address! We had informed CHC of our new address when we sold the house and moved in with the inlaws. Fortunately, we had our mail re-directed!

How to request them to send the Passport Request though e-mail? Through Case-sensitive enquiry or through general e-mail?

Thanks for your answer.
