"Decision made" but what is decision?

"Decision made" but what is decision?
Checked ecas this AM, it said my step son had been added to app on June 09 blah blah, now never said this before.
Then went to show hubby (about 5 mins later), step sons name gone BUT "decsion made" and meds recieved!
So now gotta sit and wait for letter to see what decision is!! and with mail strike makes me a bit nervous, as nothing by email either. Has anyone recieved any mail from London in last couple of weeks?

Yes, got mail on 9th September, dated 3rd September.

Got passports request today...yessssssss
so guess decision is "approved"
