Thanks again everyone for all the info Maybe we'll take a miss on the Bolt Island and stick with the 3 hr cruise around the islands that doesnt require a passport just for some R&R :)

Yes it is all very draining for sure. And yes spousal application covers the common law status as well.

We used alot of pictures as well and divided them up to go along with 3 separate questions...
