Think about getting the points by other ways like state sponsor. I hope with good practice, you can archive more than 8 for writing.

Singapore police uses the normal post and charge 5SGD as well. Normal post takes around 2 weeks to reach DIAC office in Australia.

It sounds great. The processing time for HR and LR are different. HR applications have been processed until Aug 10 but LR including onshore have moved even to Apr 11.

The reply for my PLE says that "system shows that your application has been batched for allocation"?

It does mean that CO is going to be assigned. any other reason from your experience?

THE 18TH MARCH LETTER CLEARLY SAYS THAT IT'S EXPECTED TO ASSIGN A CASE OFFICER. HOWEVER, THE ASSIGNING CO IS MADE IN THE ORDER OFTHE APPLICATIONS MADE.

Yeah. Photos should be identical. So you can scan 2 photos individually or make 2 copies from a single scan.
