It means that your medicals have been reeferred to Australia for further processing. HOC is in Australia.

Ask your CO if u have never contacted him. Just ask for your case status and ask if u can do medical and PCC.

Default Meaning of "system shows that your application has been batched for allocation"?

Hi,

The reply for my PLE says that "system shows that your application has been batched for allocation"?

It does mean that CO is going to be assigned. any other reason from your experience?

Thanks.

That's good news. Looks like you are going to get a CO soon. What is your exact application date by the way? And when did you send the PLE?

Default VETASSESS passed now visa process times

Hi guys

Finally after 5 months and an urgent request form, I have finally succeeded in passing the skills assessment - yay!

I have seen the DIAC table for the ENS visa process times states 5 months..... does anyone know if things can happen sooner? Is there a 'fast track' way of getting it done quicker?

We are selling the house in 4 weeks to keep our buyers but have two small children to consider and we dont really want to be stuck renting here for 5 months!

Any help would be appreciated!

There is no fast track, you just have to wait like everyone else. Yes it could be quicker, equally it could be slower, no way anyone can tell you as every case is individual.

Do lets us know once you get allocated with CO. I am keen to know as I applied just a few days after you on 3rd November. Hopefully I get assigned with a CO soon as well as too.

There isn't one. One person's experience is totally different from another person's regardless of where they're applying from. Someone will tell you theirs took a year, others will say 2 years - doesn't help you one iota.

Somebody translate this for me please :
Due to the nature of the checks and the External Agency undertaking the checks, I am unable to provide that information
which one is correct ?
1- He does not have any information regarding my security checks
2- He has information but he is not able or allowed to give me that information ?
Regards

Hang on while I try and read his mind!

Just think about it logically though.....Whether he has info or not he's not gonna tell you. Its not for you to know, thats why they are security checks, they are checks done on information held by the security services - they are hardly going to pass that on to you are they?

Och, this ones easy-peasy.

It means: The case officer's a she and her boyfriend has run off with that over decorated floozy at the tax office (the one with the big boobs), so she's currently comfort eating a huge slab of cadburys fruit and nut chocolate whilst sticking pins into her favourite voodoo doll.
