Couldnt agree more. Great beaches good community feeling, great weather, great festivals, close to everything, beautiful buildings, cheap housing, lots of bars (and churches). couldnt go wrong!

It is actually. I heard has the most bars/clubs per person. A vibrant community where people get along. Only a few more oldies than other places anyway. City of Festivals and great beaches and wine....

Melbourne has the second most amount of rainy days of the capitals at 147 rainy days a year ( Hobart has 160). Adelaide has 121, Sydney 138
