I have a couple of software cds with me (like MS Office and some other civil engg design softwares)..
The problem is that these cds are pirated ones !
is there any prob if I take these cds to...

Yes people cannot appeal...everything is under the discretion of the DIAC, but isnt...

victoria doesnt charge anything....WA also does not charge you...aint sure about the other states though

They say "If your occupation is on CSL , you application is likely to be finalised in 12 months from the date of lodgement"
I wonder how is this possible if they are planning to phase out the CSL...

regret to say that you havent got it wrong.
As per the latest release from DIAC you have to wait until 2012 if you are not on the CSL..
but dont loose heart...with DIAC , fortunes keep...

They have clearly said that the CSL arrangement will exist till the Modl is reviewed....they mean that CSLs will be processed

But I dont think they are doing what they have promised:(
