176 visa obligations

I am under 176 visa holder sponsored by WA which require to stay in WA at least for two years. I am already here for 3 months. What will be the consequences of staying or working in another state...

time lines:

WA state sponsor applied in Jan. approved in May. CO in May 15. Visa today.

appreciated very much. But for me, I had two options

1- to inform CO as you said or
2- make more efforts with bank which cost me a lot as bank replied me it is not normally...

I did not provide salary slips coz salary was deposited in bank directly and my employer did not provide any salary slips. I provided reference letter with detail job descreption,...

Thank you Rahul. I think I need to try this way. But, I have doubt whether the bank is keeping my recods since it was closed long back.

yes I tried but they said it is not possible as the account is already closed 2 years before. I am wondering what should I do in such case...

I applied 175 in August 2008. obtained state sponsorship on April last week and assigned CO 14 May and requested further information.

Before I submited medical as per the requirement of Sub class 175 but I converted the visa into sub class 176 later on.

I am wondering whether I need to re do medical for Sub class 176.

I provided bank saving statement amounting 20, 000 AUD. and others assets 40,000. no evidence for other assets.

I have received acceptance email from WA. I signed and send the WA contract. How long does it take to get CO assigned for me by DIAC?
