Hi everybody
Can same state sponsorship can be used to reapply if visa rejeced by DIAC ?

Each state will have different requirements.
For instance WA will only provide the sponsorship for the duration of the application period, in other words if you aren't successful you need to re-apply.
For students in WA, they only have 3 months to lodge their application.
