I had the same response which is why I did the trip. We couldn't afford to all come out so I left the family at home.

I don't know what areas you are looking at but Wellington jobs are appearing...

Once "approved in principle" can you got to NZ work etc. whilst waiting for the house sale to be completed etc. or do you have to wait until the funds have been transfered to do this.
