Don't think you need to pay any CGT in Hong Kong. Dozen transactions a day is not that frequent. Consideration will also be given to transaction amount.

Melbourne houses and townhouses are cheaper but apartments/units are not as good as Sydney (design, material and floor plan). Will choose the one which gives me job opportunities.
