Wise advice!!! If it is a passport for a baby/child they are mighty strict - my 4 month old had to have her mouth closed, her eyes open and both ears visible!! Luckily the place I took her was used...

I had a terrible experience with Qantas - really unhelpful when travelling with kids too. I did complain - the list was endless - and I got a whopping $50 voucher towards my next Qantas flight!!!!...
