I see we are not the only people still awaiting for our application to be processed.. its almost 2 years since we submitted our application in Nov 08 - 175!

we are also thinking of getting a whv whislt our 175 is being processes, has anybody else done this? do you know if this would effect the processing of the permament visa?

Don’t get me started on AGENTS and their inability to commutate… it makes you doubt if they are actually doing their job.

Your paying for a service (a fair amount) and the least they can do is...

Have you done your TRA skills assesment? the final application for the 175 is based on the results form the TRA... you wont need any additional work exprience proof, it just asks you for dates of...

Were too looking at Melbourne or Sydney... the OH is a chef so its all going to pend on where he can get a decent Head Chef or Snr Sous role with a good restaurant and good...

We went on line however our agent isnt the best in communicating back with us so Im looking to see if I can track it ourselves.

Im a little exhausted by the whole process…. we would so like to have left the UK to go travelling at the start of the month but alas...

Finally our 175 was submitted 14 Nov 2008 (will have to join the Nov thread!!), now the waiting starts... hopefully the time will fly past...we have our 30th birthdays to celebrate and Christmas to...

Thank you, however we submitted our TRA back in October and successfully passed :). We are now patiently waiting for our decision on our visa application... :unsure:
