I've just double checked. It is a public institution and I am doing a 2 year full time diploma course, so I think provided I pass we should be OK.

It's the same as regards to seniority over here so he is used to having to do all the crappy shifts etc. He was offered the Inspectors position pretty quickly over here but he has never taken it...

Just had a quick look at the PNP's again. BC doesn't seem to have a family stream one. Manitoba did but that's not much use when he is going to live in BC. :frown:
