When i spoke to Luis he also told me this will happen ,and seeing that he also lives on the same complex i cannot see any reason why this will not occur,he and Celia both seem genuine to me,which is more than i can say about a lot of others that were involved in this Project

Hi, due to complete on two properties on Cabanas. Got furniture to take out does anyone out there know any firm that will pick it up at Middlesbrough and take it over to Portugal and how much it would cost or know anybody who has lorry that does this type of job. We are willing to load van up this end and unload at the other end it should be sometime in May. Hope somebody can help.

Cant wait to get keys after this long wait!

I've had to change carriers as they were full next week and couldn't make the Friday 8th date but they do have a web site. It was my fault as I didn't fully understand the logistics of the removals game. Allow 5-7 days from pick up to delivery.

As a rough guide you could get between €450 and €500 per month, if you went through an agency then you might get more, but you will have to pay their fees. If you are renting out to a local person then you will need a contract so they can claim back money in their tax return. Also you will need to get your FR to fill in your tax return. Oh yes and I think you will need to get the banks permission to rent out if you have a loan, but don't quote me on that.
