Jose...pleased you found the entries useful.Its been a long wait but near the end.I'm sure your english is a lot better than my Spanish...which is about three words.Trying to learn a bit of Portuguese though

Royal Duja Cabanas Beach 2 - progress?

I wonder if anybody else is concerned about this development? Has it started yet? It is now a year overdue, my deposit has been with the developers for years and I wonder if I will ever see either the apartment I would like to purchase or a full refund of my deposit?! Does anyone else out there share my frustration?

After a long long wait......the rest of phase 2 now have the Habitation Licence.Eureka !

glad you are all now looking forward to your first weeks away in your own place, hopefully we on phase 3 will not be much longer and we can look forward to a break from the greyness of bewdley (nice as it is)
