Mmmm anyone else feel like a curry now? Butter chicken is what I miss, I think curries are better here but the butter chicken curry I used to have at the Indian restaurant in Dunedin was to die for! mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Nnoo. Not yet. I think Harvey Norman may have them & we now have a store here, down in Nelson.
I'm still wanting one.

Salmon, spinach and egg pie:

Cook new potatoes and eggs. Steam spinach on top. Meanwhile saute onion, garlic & thin carrot strips. Then add cream. When boiling add grated cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Put spinach in bottom of baking dish and add quartered eggs and salmon chunks, pour over creamy veg and top with sliced new spuds and more cheese.

Mmmmmm, mmmmm, mmmmm and only 1 calorie per serve

Spoiler:
I wasn't quite telling the truth about the last bit.
