It was the first ever reality TV of a live kindergarten called Romper Room and it was hilarious. The presenter Miss Roslyn kept a straight face no matter what happened, even when she had a lively toddler climbing under her skirt
Come to think of it I think it was only Anglia TV that showed it.

I remember the dot
I still say to my husband when I put the TV on (42" plasma thing with all sorts of mod cons) I will put the set on to warm up
