I dont download movies unless its something old that I cant get on disk at the library (Teahouse of the August Moon being a recent example). New releases wait until they are old and at the library, its still new to us. TV shows that I download would be available "for free" on Air anyway.

Besides, people watching telly dont "pay" for most of the shows, they pay for service provision to the cable or satellite service. Do people who record shows and fast forward through the ads also make you uncomfortable?
Good for you

I am sure that this is a debate for another thread

Well, there's still the question of what he did with the other body parts (head included).

Plus the list of whatever and whoever else he has killed and how.

I get the feeling there were no other human victims. The infamy seems to be as important, if not more so, than the killing. If there were more victims, I think he would have informed us. He uploaded the cat killings, so I think he would have done something for any other human murders.

this. this is why i have mixed feelings over all the media coverage...in a way it's like we're giving him what he wants.

I wonder if there is a whole new pathology we are seeing.

True.....Canada post has been put on alert, but having worked at the sorting office in the past, parcels get sorted by laser reading the tag and dropped into a cage ready for delivery.

On a side note.... you don't have to pay cable or satellite to watch TV. I have an antenna (OTA) and it's legal with over 36 channels, with some HD among those.

Anyway, back on topic

Who thinks he will get the justice he deserves, or will he be out on day release after 4 years almost cured of his mental illness, like Lee is doing now.

And as far as Canada post is conserned the bits will most likely be lost in the post now. Like half of my mail does.

If he is mentally ill and curable, where is the "justice" in keeping him locked up long after the point that he's a danger to anyone? Its not going to help the victim, its not going to prevent anyone else becoming mentally unstable and going on a killing spree.

IF hes mentally ill and if he's curable. And those are big ifs.

What justice do you think he deserves anyway?

Life in jail. Cure him first if you like. Then lock him up.

And life should be life, alone, in solitary confinement, until he dies of old age. Long enough to think about what he done for his five mins of fame.

If hes mentally competent and all this was premeditated for the sake of 15 minutes of fame then its fair enough.

If hes a paranoid schizophrenic and off his rocker due to a chemical imbalance in his brain and had no control over what he did, and if he can be cured to pose no threat to himself or anyone else, then thats totally barbaric IMO.

Maybe we should just bypass that whole boring trial thing too while we are at it... Toss him from the plane on the way back maybe?

You could never integrate him into society successfully, so why waste tax payers money?

I only agree with the Death Penalty in VERY FEW situations, this, if he is proven guilty, is one of them. Serial killers (of which he may be one) would be another as well as child molesters.
