The alleged crime also wasn't uploaded onto "Best Gore" completely different set of circumstances and cannot be compared to Magnotta, who incidently is on suicide watch
easy way out for that evil tosser.

The family have been quoted as saying they want justice to be served and want the trial, they realise it's not going to bring their son back but still want the culprit to face the music. Makes perfect sense to me.
