A big fat tuna patty that I made myself, and a bunch of lovely black grapes from the US. Plus a cuppa.

A cold ' hot smoked salmon' roll with a few plain crisps . Then one choc and cranberry biscuit and a glass of weak lemon and lime with bitters squash.

Tea comes later.

I'm calling it an early lunch; cold breaded pork cutlet on pumpernickel with sliced dill pickle and coarse Dijon.

I made sandwiches from left over roast beef and salad, they looked really nice until my husband plonked a big spoonful of coleslaw on the top of his. The things that man makes a sandwich out of! He'll even made a sandwich out of a meat pie.

I'm fond of crisp sandwiches. I remember someone on a school trip with cake crumb sandwiches.

Sugar sandwiches were nice as a child. Nice and crunchy.

Then there's condensed milk sandwiches
