Broccoli and cheese. Ate about 2 cups of broccoli. Eating healthier but I think my body is unsure of this new healthy food, its hating me at the moment.

Your body's bound to be a bit cranky at a radical change of diet, but I promise you it will settle down. In the meantime you can blame any farts on Charlee

I had a wrap with spicy falafel, loaded with veggies and tzatziki, and 2 pieces of incredibly good baklava.

I'm calling it a late lunch; guacamole and toast and a few drinks. I harboured 2 big avocados for 10 days after getting them from an unused band rider, until they were the right consistency, and threw it together this morning like it was second nature. A handful of chopped cilantro, diced red onion, garlic, jalapeno, tomato, juice of 1 lime, sea salt, and the avocados. Not too much or too little of anything.

Spam Bacon (very nice once in a while), baked beans, toast, mushrooms, egg. What a medley of flavours.
