Fundamentalism - What to do about Islamic....

As you say, a considerable amount in those days. That was designed to keep the riff-raff away.
Worked for me.

How do you know they don't oppose it in their mosque's or make an effort?
Do you follow them all around?
You see radicals at Yonge & Dundas go largely unopposed here in Toronto. It's the strength of a free society.
What is more alarming is Cameron pushing for more Internet Spy powers.
I remember attending a Football match up in Middlesborough in 2006 and being detained by Police and having to say my name and address into a camera under "The Terrorism Act".

It is being reported by French media that 50 @&(,! Have been detained by the authorities because they were publically supporting Islamic fundamental attacks, a trip to the Bastille briefly, before we give them some Parisian justice I hope.

It seems that Alkaheeda have taken the praise for the Paris attacks, and inadvertently made the magazine sell out 3 million copies

Europe is being pro active against several terror plots. Just this am in Belgium they arrested several terror suspects who appeared to be hours away from a strike on police. Police uniforms were found in the raided apartment.
This is a better way of dealing with these scum rather than the do nothing just in case the PC folk get upset.

Belgian authorities searching Friday for more suspects in more than a dozen raids found four military-style weapons including Kalashnikov assault rifles, Van der Sypt said. They also found several police uniforms, which could have allowed the suspects to pass themselves off as police officers

They found cheese in the fridge in the apartment
Update
2 jihadists were killed while the police attempted to free the cheese, a by stander said that the police knew there was cheese in the terrorists apartment because one was seen to be carrying a box of Ritz biscuits and a plain cheese board

I stated I wouldn't return to the Paris attack thread.
So what can we do about the pickle we find ourselves in?
I have some views that I could share immediately, but I'll leave this with you for starters, the WEST makes our countries very attractive to folk from the Middle East and North Africa, why don't we make it less attractive so that they sto coming? How could we do that......
Starters, legislation to ban halal meat, all animals to be slaughtered with the least stress on the animal, no face veils, stop building mosques, no Islamic schools, no Islamic laws..... Oh, it doesnt suit you? You need these things? Find another country to live in, this is our country and its not changing anymore.
Anymore anybody? Or do we wait for the blood bath?

It is akin to how football hooliganism was rife in the UK in the 80's. Everyone knew it was a small minority of thugs but to people outside of the UK, the perception was that all UK football fans were hooligans which we know was laughable.
Also if the religion really is evil, barbaric and a threat to the rest of the world, well there are 1.6bn muslims around the world - I think we would all have a much bigger problem than we current have.
You may ask well if these muslims are peaceful and mis-represented, why don't they speak up and denounce terrorism and these warped fundamental ideals? Well the answer is that they are...mostly on news networks in the middle east and Africa. When some of these Islamic scholars get any airtime on Fox, Sky or the BBC, the discussion isn't about what the position of such scholars are but more about defending the actions and/or wanting an apology for such terrible acts. Why should innocent people be asked to apologise though?
All faiths are peaceful and all human life is sacred (wherever these atrocities happen to occur)...that should be our starting position.

It is both disappointing and alarming when you cannot separate and identify the small minority of mindless and vile idiots that pervert the faith of Islam to meet their own murdering agenda versus the actual faith of Islam which teaches peace, tolerance, respect and co-existence.

Clearly no point trying to speak sense with you!

This thread died a few days ago.
There was no correlation between violence and religion proven. Just UKIP propaganda and latent racism from the normal few embarrassing Brits there are in the world.
