Hi guys
We can sympathise with rellies getting upset. We are keeping an eye on the bigger picture and what is best for your immediate family. We still haven't told my mum that we don't want farewells and tears at the airport, as this is what she is planning. We'd rather stay in a hotel the night before and start our big adventure as our little family with lots of excitement and fun. NO pressure and NO wailing

We are just waiting and waiting and waiting now....... seems really wierd, like its snowing or something you know when it's really quiet!! (the calm b4 the storm)

oh i didnt tell you, but when got CO they'd spelt all the kids surnames wrong, so had to email them to change, got email back now saying been done, they have everything they asked for now, just a bit of a wait i think... xx exciting and daunting at the same time

no news here, just gotta wait for meds to be cleared, results of blood tests they waiting on and they said if we dont hear owt in 16 days then they are all clear and will be sent by courier, they said we can ring in 16 days if we aint heard from em for the courier details if we want them, we are on day 24 waiting on police checks, my house loooks like a bomb, had worktops new sink and extractor for kitchen delivered this morning, got a chippy andy knows coming to fit worktops tomorrow then thats kitchen all finished, my mom keeps telling me i wont wanna move out once its all done, think shes thinking we might change our minds, aint got heart to tell her theres no way we aint going when we get visa, other than that its all normal in our house, well as normal as it has been since we started this whole process
right best get on just doing dinner am working tonight 7pm-1am
good luck sj im sure yours wont be very long now, keeping our fingers crossed for ya, i think you might get it this week

it's 2 weeks tomorrow!!!!! i can't wait, just booked us a nice excursion around the area to get them all socialising a bit, it's fathers day when we're there so i may spend that day with my dad, the rings should be ready today, we designed them ourselves, and then just gotta pick up sun cream etc
got the meds tomorrow, so we'll see how the flight goes but it seems that Rosen therapy is doing the trick, i'll have my vallium at hand anyway

WV.... not long before you become a MRS!! It's really wierd at first, i didnt like losing my identity at first, but after a while i realised i wasn't losing it i was gaining another... if that makes sense.?
