Since, I was hearing various news about July 2009 applicant getting COs and I am not, I have sent the message to DIAC.
Today, I received their reply and It is very surprising to read this:
"As your nominated occupation is not on the CSL and you are not sponsored by an employer, your visa application will not be finalised until those visa applications which meet the higher processing priorities are finalised."
But according to the CSL list available at http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...kills-list.pdf all the Computer Professionals specialization present in MODL are included in CSL list.
I have applied for specialization in .NET/Java (ASCO code 2231-79), which is part of MODL as well as CSL list.
1. Please confirm why my application is not given the priority as my nominated occupation is on CSL list.
2. Do I have to separately mentioned some where that my nominated occupation is on CSL list.

Due to the mishappening with you. People are recommending you to send ACS Letter to DIAC. My question is you should have already sent that letter as part of your DIAC application documents also the DIAC shortlists the CSL Applications itself. Why thre is a need to resend ACS letter? Update..

Hi Komail.
Due to the mishappening with you. People are recommending you to send ACS Letter to DIAC. My question is you should have already sent that letter as part of your DIAC application documents also the DIAC shortlists the CSL Applications itself. Why thre is a need to resend ACS letter? Update..

Komail please try to call the embassy directly at 0061 1300 364 613. But you need to call them according to AUS timezone in the morning.

What a blunder I made.
I have filled incorrect nominated occupation in my Application form so DIAC have not considered my application in CSL priority list. (damn I am fool)
Anyway, I have filled the Form 1023 and send the DIAC today through email today and corrected my nominated occupation. I am also thinking to upload this form online where all my documents are already upload.
Hopefully, now they will consider my application in CSL priority list.
I just wanted to confirm from you guys, if I am missing something else here. As I do not want to delay my application further.

Komail on DIAC website there is no such thing like .net specialist etc.. you need to choose the category.. There is computing professional (nec). Have you choose that one now?

My medicals status changed to met last thursday. We are still waiting for PCC from FBI. It's taking so long, we are waiting since Oct for this paper.

Same crap here. Both meds and ppc are done. Co requested F80 on 20/11/09.
According to my calculations, we should get visas 2 months from now.

I have also applied for PR. But the problem is that, that in November some newly hired person from my company picked up the phone from the Australian Embassy for job verification and he denied that i have not been working in the company. The reason is that that i have resigned the company just a week before the job verification and joined another company. but due to Eid Holidays in our country i received the resignation letter from the previous company and appointment letter from the new company after the Eid holidays then i submitted these documents after 2 weeks from the job verification.
After that i have received nothing or contact from the DIAC. Either my application will be refused or CO will ask to re-verify the experience again or directly ask the PCC and Medicals after considering the new appointment letter.I have no idae about that.
Kindly give me your precious suggestions about my case . I will be waiting for your reply!

Dear i am very confused because it is almost more than 2 months completed after the negative job verification but still no re-verification is dine again or no contact from the DIAC as well. I don't have any idea why is this and also i don't know how DIAC will react after my negative job verification.
Kindly give me some suitable advice against my case.
