Still waiting for a case officer, should have been assigned one by 13th February. My agent has, finally after much pushing from myself, sent an email requesting my status, still waiting.

Still you are waiting for visa grant! It's almost a months back I've heard that you got the pre-grant letter.

Hi Johnny.. how do you know that you should have been assigned a CO by 13th Feb? Also your sig says that you lodged your visa app in March. Sorry im kinda blur

I have read of other 475's applied after us not only have a visa but have already moved or are about to so who knows.

I got the CO on 22nd Jan09 but he has not contacted me. Front loaded Medicals and PCC and it is expiring in April'09. Its really stressing!!

Well I am off on Sunday!!

Leaving South Africa at 17:50 on the 8th and arriving in Adelaide 18:05 on the 9th!! (All local times)

Sooooo ... the next time we chat I will be in Aus!!

some docs in online status had changed from required to recived....
and application status still say's(date) application recived -application commenced
