One more thing, for financial papers is it enough to upload the saving account showing enough funds and property ownership for house? Or do I have to get current account 6 months statement?

Hello NostalgiaLava: Where have you been Nice to have you back. I was beginning to worry concerning your whereabout.

Concerning the online application, I would advise you use the review features before you hit the submit button. Anything outstanding would be highlighted in red so you can go back and attach it to the application. In my own case I did that repeatedly to be sure I have everything attached with the application before clicking the submit button. And if for any reason you omit some documents I want to believe MPNP would get back to you to provide it rather than return your whole application.

Concerning the financial issue, the requirements of did not mention the number of months your bank statement should be, but in my own case I had bank statement of the same period. I also included my shares and stock valuation statement from my stock-broker. I did not include property as part of settlement funds but if you have to do that I would suggest you obtain a real estate agent valuation statement of the value of the property and include as well as your savings statements, to proof you have sufficient settlement funds.

I hope the above is helpful.

Regards.

Goodday to you all. I am very new on this board. I am a molecular biologist with over 4 years of experience after my masters degree and my husband is an accountant and just finishing his masters. I want to apply for mpnp thru strategy initiative and therefore explorative visit now.

Please can any one give me a sample of their application/request letter for the Manitoba exploratory visit and the list of all the additional documents you attached. This message is to Jesusbaby and others with successful application. Thanks for your anticipated response.

Before we can consider you for an exploratory visit with an interview, please answer the following questions.
•Why are you interested in immigrating to Manitoba?
•How did you hear about Manitoba and the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program?
•Do you have any friends or family in Manitoba and/or other parts of Canada?
•Have you ever visited, studied or worked in Canada? If so, please provide some details.
•What type of work would you like to do in Manitoba?
•Have you made contact with any employers in Manitoba? Are any of them interested in hiring you?

Once we have received your responses to the above questions, your request to be invited to complete an exploratory visit in Manitoba will be reviewed and you will be notified by e-mail within 120 days if your request has been approved or not approved. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper travel documents required by the government of Canada to visit this country. The MPNP will not provide you with a letter of invitation in order to obtain a visitor visa if required and cannot intervene on your behalf if your visa application is denied.

Regards,

MPNPExploratory Visit

I put this in my email yesterday
'have also wanted to wanted to live and work abroad, I have been researching places which I feel I would like to work and live in, in looking Manitoba Winnipeg i feel would fit my current live style. I currently live in Croydon South London, which is a vibrant environment diverse community with individuals from a range of backgrounds, however I like to live in a more relaxed/less busy environment with a more community feel, which I feel Winnipeg would offer this. I would be moving on my own so would enjoy being in the vicinity of a city, but live in a community', so I guess I need to expand on this ?

In terms of the family connection, i do have family in Canada (cousins) but i don't have a clue where and I haven't seen them for 20 years+

I wanted to check i really wanted to stay working in the psychology field, however the position were limited, but I've also have a background in community and social worker. if I making contact with employers in the community and social worker field, would I be stuck in this field work wise in Canada?

Thank you

Regarding the settlement funds proof, how did you show that to the immigration officer in the EV interview?

@Torotee4: I really don’t know the type of question you are asking which has made christmasoompa to delete your posts. If your questions were the same as your first post on the forum, I would say ra_XOr has answered you correctly.

I would advise that you don’t adapt other members request for visit as their circumstances may not be same as yours. I would prefer to give you a lead and expect you develop it further so as to take ownership of it and ensure that the circumstances of others does not affect you during your visit and maybe at the interview stage.

I have sent you a pm. Kindly review it and take it forward from there.

Regards.

Good Day All,

I'm new on this forum. I applied for the EV and got a response to supply answers to 6 questions. I've read thru a few pages of the posts here, I hope to complete others later. Meanwhile, I would like to get a guide from seniors on the forum on how best to address those questions.

Thanks All.

There are so many information on the internet concerning Manitoba that you can read about which will help you support your point as to why you want to settle in Manitoba. One of such is the multi-cultural nature of the province and better standard of living compared to other provinces.

If you add these to what other stuff you find on the internet concerning Manitoba, you would be able to answer the question satisfactorily.

Regards.
