Oh I didn't mean you made me worry more, it was more CIC that seems to have done nothing with our case.
You have been nothing but kind and you certainly bolstered my spirits I share your hope that this might mean someone will actually look at our case. I also saw your second post about the access of information! Very useful!! I didn't even know it existed! Gues what I'll be spending my money on!?
Once again, thank you for taking the time to commiserate I really appreciate it This whole process makes you feel quite isolated sometimes and hearing encouraging words from others helps, I find

Thank you all for sharing your experiences with the "in process" to medical requests timescales. Helps to hear others experiences.
As has been mentioned on this forum many times, the waiting and not knowing is very hard. Ah well, no point dwelling on what is out of our control.

Re: The 2011 FSW timeline club
Hey folks,
Just a quick update for those on the same timeline as us, we recieved our med requests yesterday!!
As someone said that they emailed london for an update, we did the same on 16 July, and the date on the checklist sent to us was 17 July! Personally I think it was conincidence and they were already on it but who knows?! Still cant believe it!!
They have requested, medicals, an updated schedule A background declaration, updated police checks and right of permanent residence fee!
Shouldnt be long after this, right? Wonder if it will arrive in time for Christmas.

Och, I'm sorry :-/
I did feel a wee bit bad
I really hope you hear something soon too
For us, this process started jan 11 with trying to get a positive AEO before we could even think of applying for PR. I know my application seems to have progressed quickly but it's still been a good year and a half.

We can't afford the meds at the moment anyway
